Little Italian Trees...

Well I finally went back to Tuscany Town Mandala, and this how far I have got -

Before-

After-

Well I must say I am getting there, and hopefully I can actually finish it this year!

Here is my progress on Holiday Cookies before I put it away for a wee holiday...

Before-

After-

Maybe I will even finish this one as well! I have been doing a bit of back stitching as I go because there is LOADS of it!

I have been dying to do a new start, but I have been very, very good and not giving into temptation. When and only when I have finished one of these two WIPs can I start another one - Oh the agony!!!

Other than stitching nothing much has been happening at my house, winter is nearly upon us and it's getting really cold, so I have set up my bike on the indoor trainer (it's virtual reality) so I can go cycling in France! Stops me getting completely bored and throwing the whole bike out the window :)

Happy Stitching!

Trophies and a Party

Well I had an interesting weekend, we had our prize giving for the Time Trial club and I won a trophy! Actually I didn't win it for this season, I won it last season but we didn't have a prize giving and no one had told me I had won it! Needless to say I was very pleased with myself and it was fun seeing MY name engraved on the trophy!

Here I am feeling very pleased with myself...

You may remember from my last post I was going to my friends 40th birthday party, well we had an awesome time and stayed up until 4am! A good time was had by all and I have one or two pictures to show, some of them aren't fit for general viewing (I don't really need to say more)

This is at the start of the night, so were looking pretty good

Lucy is very talented and plays the drums, piano, sings and can also play the ukulele! (think I spelt it right)
Anyway onto the stitching. I have still only been doing the Holiday Cookies so not much to show other than that..

Before-

After-

I am very pleased with myself on how much I have done! Hopefully I can finish it soon (it will be my first finish for this year, and last year, and I think the year before as well...LOL)

Happy stitching everybody!
